Listening, hard to me ><

There were few listening tests in the class and I can only pass the first stage. The two other ones defeated me quickly. A long long way for me to practice listening from now on. I don't feel surprise because there aren't chances for me to practice English listening, but reading. Almost all the textbooks are written in English. Although sometimes they don't help me much for too many terms. Terms really drive me crazy when having a quiz. Listening is really important in an international meeting. As long as I follow teacher's instructions step by step, believing I will do much better.

Google is really a powerful search engine!

I’ve been using Google search engine for a few years, cause I can’t always found what I want by Yahoo search engine. Google search is a really powerful search engine that I can search what I want in a specific language, period, web site, file type, region etc. When having a good skill or familiar with the search engine, I can gather information easily and faster than to find books in a library. Josephine also introduced a branch search engine of Google, Google Scholar, to us. In my opinion, it doesn’t help me as much as the Google search. It’s still a beta version and hope it would improve well in the future.
